We know about “Black Boxes“ from the news in connection with tragic plane crashes.
A black box is searched for and, at best, found, because that's where all the critical data is stored. Decisive clues to understand causes and draw conclusions. This is exactly how we should deal with our expectations.
That is why I use the black box as a tool called expectation management.
What you need initially to work on the black box of your expectations is your consciousness. Become aware of which expectations are the stumbling blocks in your life and how they complicate or block your life. Become aware of what you wish instead to have in your life. With this awareness we will then open your black box together and in only 4 steps you will successfully manage your expectations. Your (non-transparent) black box will become a transparent box and you will lead a self-determined life.
